Fall Themed Learning Activities

Happy Fall!  What a wonderful time for your little one to explore the world around them!  .  Leaves changing from green to gold provide a great opportunity to talk to your toddler about colors and seasons.  The cooler weather makes outdoor play a welcome change from the heat of summer.  Not only is playtime more fun during Autumn, but your preschooler will love taking learning time outside, too.  You’ll have plenty to keep them entertained with my bundle of Fall themed activities for kids!

Lose the worksheets!

Kids are not begging to do worksheets.  They want to have engaging hands on experiences.  That’s what makes these Fall Themed Learning Activities a perfect way to keep your little one busy.   You’ll find activities to do with your toddler, preschooler, or kindergarten age child.  Just laminate and you’ll have resources to use over and over throughout the season.  Kids will have so much fun learning and playing at the same time!

Center Time

There’s no reason to spend all your time trying to create learning activities to use with your little one when I’ve already done it for you!  These Autumn season activities are jam packed with resources to help your kiddo with math, literacy, fine motor skills, vocabulary, and more!

Your littles will love the pumpkin tracing activities to help form letters and build words for the older ones.  Sequencing and matching skills help with memory retention as well as language development.  Ask your toddler what comes first, next, and last to enhance vocabulary.  Let’s not forget math activities!  Apples and other fall images make counting from 1-10 so much more fun!

Of course, no fall themed preschool activity would be complete without ideas for sensory bins!  To top this fall bundle off, you’ll find easy to create fall bins to use at home for hardly any cost at all.
